This image was shot for Vogue Greece, 2020. The body becomes a work of art in this gentle yet somewhat avant-garde image. The lightly layered and translucent and mask which surrounds the models head resembles the delicate petals of a flower, framing the eyes in the centre. From this perspective, the body becomes abstracted into the stem of the flower, strong and poised.
There is a juxtaposition between the gentle and ethereal nature of the fabric and its function to cover the models face, revealing only her eyes which gaze directly towards the lens.
