SHIPPING

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery

Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the continental US. We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes.

We have printing and framing facilities in New York and Paris and can ship from there. For shipping inquiries outside the U.S please contact us at contact@theselectsgallery.com.

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 6 weeks of the date of your order. A few days closer to the delivery date, you will be contacted to arrange delivery. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The Selects Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a third party is involved in the shipping process. A claim must be filed with the responsible carrier in order to receive a credit for lost or damaged products

RETURNS

We print and frame upon demand and all orders are made to measure and assembled by hand. We consider all orders custom orders. Custom orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damages. Customers will have 24 hours from the placement of custom orders to cancel. After 24 hours, a 50% deposit will be retained by The Selects Gallery and cannot be refunded. 

We take the utmost care in packaging the goods and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for them.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us in writing within 7 days of delivery at contact@theselectsgallery.com with details of the product and the defect. Any shipping charges will the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
