This picture was shot in Lagos at Lasalvy studios, featuring dancer, actor and director Paolo Sisiano. In this series, Adebayo was inspired by Sisiano’s talents as a dancer, capturing the grace and strength of his movements to create crisp black and white images infused with a sense of theatre. The classic feel of the black and white contrast makes a clear reference to the works of Richard Avedon, a photographer Adebayo cites as inspirational for this series.
