THE EYE OF PHOTOGRAPHY: Robert Farber's Women As Art
The Selects Gallery is the first gallery to partner with renowned fashion and fine art photographer Robert Farber for his international exhibition Women as Art.
Women As Art is a retrospective in celebration of Robert Farber’s extensive five-decade career. This exhibition follows the photographer’s perpetually evolving vision of the female subject over the years, from classic nudes and editorial fashion and beauty photography, to more experimental work like the Deterioration Series and the Wet Series. The Women as Art exhibition is in support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and a continuation of Robert Farber’s 25+ years of support and collaboration with breast cancer research efforts.
The Selects Gallery is hosting with Robert a live online opening event on Youtube in which the artist will give a walkthrough of the exhibition, discuss his work, and answer questions from the audience.
