I have always been influenced by Hitchcock in his American colour. So, when I did this story, I looked for a house that reminds me of the reproduction of Frank Lloyd's Water Fall house, the last scene in North by Northwest, the perfect Hitch masterpiece. My fab producer in L.A .found this house that belonged to her Californian Senator close to the famous Rat Pack. This house was the secret shelter of the less secret love of Marilyn Monroe and President John F Kennedy. The funny thing was the two pots of ashes, one of a family member and the other of the doggie both laying over the Grand Piano. I did open both. Just very commune ashes and both very similar!
