Drawing inspiration from the waterfront, the building features architecture and residential interiors by the renowned firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) and shared public space interiors by Rottet Studio—a fitting pedigree for the last opportunity for new development on the city’s most prized waterfront avenue.
The Selects Gallery provided art for two model residences.
in the first 3 BR unit, The Selects Gallery presented a curation of photographs with Timeless Elegance. Celebrating the exceptional quality of the building, the curation brings warmth, elegance, and timelessness to its bright interiors. It includes major international photographers such as Italian photographer Giovanni Gastel, American Robert Farber, Vietnamese Chiron Duong, and French Patrick James Michel. Connecting with Liaigre’s creation spirit, tones are soft and subdued, with a mix of Black & whites and Soft neutral tones.
In the 2BR unit, The Selects Gallery presented a curation of photographs in The Spirit of Water. Celebrating the exceptional waterfront location of the Residences, the curation focuses on elegant photographs as an ode to water. It includes major international photographers such as Canadian photographer Richard Phibbs, American Robert Farber, Vietnamese Chiron Duong and French Andre Carrara.
