This turn-of-the-century building is located in the heart of the iconic West Village. It was originally constructed in 1912 with brick, concrete, and cast iron to provide gravity support on the interior. For the model unit, we curated an iconic image that celebrated the firmly rooted qualities of the building.
We were also asked to furnish the art for the loft-like, state-of-the-art, ground-floor fitness center and selected photographs that provide a sense of transcendence and ultimate elegance. This is one of the most elevated fitness rooms you can find in the city.
